A natural therapy used in various forms by different cultures. It has many benefits both physical and psychological and is now widely accepted as an effective treatment for many complaints.

Body Massage - Continuous flowing strokes are used increasing blood flow to the area. As the area warms, tense muscles relax helping to relieve stress and tension; this can have a positive effect on poor sleep patterns and helps to relieve pain. Circulation and lymph drainage improve. You will feel revitalised, relaxed with a sense of well-being. 

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage - A much deeper massage used to treat and prevent many injuries.  It can be used to help correct postural problems caused by muscle imbalances. This treatment is used to break down adhesions, and help any scar tissue to heal along the line of pull, allowing muscles, tendons and ligaments to move freely. Stretches are often used. 

Myofascial Release - A form of bodywork, used to help correct postural problems, and treat injuries. Looking at the body as a whole, and the lines of pull from muscle and connective tissue; Myofascia is worked and freed to allow the body to move with greater ease into its new position. Expect postural correction exercises to be given.

Indian Head Massage - A very relaxing treatment, done through your clothes. It works on balancing of mind, body and spirit, to promote physical and spiritual well-being. The massage works on head, shoulders, upper back, arms and face. Reduces muscle tension, this can help alleviate stress and reduce tension headaches. Increased blood circulation to the scalp, promotes strong hair growth.
