Julie chose the Modern Pilates training course because of its modern approach to Pilates based exercise combining stability techniques used in Physiotherapy and traditional Pilates movements along with relaxation and mental focus which participants enjoy and benefit enormously from.

Since then she has trained with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) Polestar Pilates – Reformer and large equipment along with attending many workshops such as those focusing on Pelvic Floor work and Pelvic Stability.
